Typical weight categories:

Size A: ≥ 400 grams

Size B: 350–399 grams

Size C: 300–349 grams

Size D: 250–299 grams

Size E: 200–249 grams

By diameter:

≥ 90 mm for larger sizes, reducing by 10 mm increments.

3. External Rind:

Should be fresh, smooth, and shiny.Free from visible defects like dark spots or discoloration

4. Internal Quality:

Uniform and bright arils (seeds) typical of the variety.

Juicy and sweet with minimal bitterness.

5. Brix Level:

Minimum 16–17° Brix for sweetness.

6. Defects:

No signs of decay, mechanical injury, or bird damage.

Free of insect infestation and fungal infections.

7. Class 1:

Superior quality with very minimal surface defects.
